That’s awesome, tigrr! I drew in 5-2C, but only saw 3 cows (and sows/cubs and does) today. Maybe with it being a bit cooler in the mornings, I’ll have better luck next time out.

    Story.
Lots of traffic flowing around the back roads. Quite often meeting 2 vehicles coming down roads. A dead end looking down a deep ravine is where the moose was seen. It was curious and came up to the skidder trail to see what was going on. Bang and it took off and ran 300 yards to the bottom of the ravine. Then fell down and died. Double lung. Then for the next 2 hours the group dragged on a game cart the 1/6th sections up the hill. The youngest person is 50, then 58, 60, 63 and 75. Nice 3 year old bull. They say the liver was good!! Tomorrow night tenderloin for supper. We butcher our own.
