I think the fishing is pretty good, but expect to find the lake in full "bloom." The algae has been quite bad. Wasps are horrendous in the area this year as well.

The wasps are brutal all over. Have been stung 5 times this summer. My son got stung and just managed to get himself to emergency for a shot of epinefrine.
