The headlamp wasn’t to much problem for the most part, I was always prepared to sleep wherever I ended up, although from my experience with first time goat hunters, those are generally spend on the wrong side of the mountain eating goat on a stick lol! The range finder really sucked tho, distances can look deceiving in the mountains.

    With any luck, there will be a goat hunt story come the new year here 😉, the rangefinder is already packed lol.
