Pants for tall guys? -- kuiu or sitka?

Ok this weekend my trusty 3 year old under armour pants completely fell apart on me. One tumble and the side pockets ripped off clean. Then getting over a log with my sweaty, sticky legs had the crotch just blow out from front to back. They never fit 100% as UA seems to cater to fat guys.

Kuiu says "can be let out to 35.5" inseam", whereas Sitka sells dedicated "tall" models. (Have yet to see Cabelas carry those though)

Any suggestions? Looking for a pair with some stretch this time.

    6'4" about 210.
    34" waist.

    Thanks!!

My brother is 6'9" and I got him a pair of 36" tall mountain pants. He wears those things everywhere.

i have been loving my mountain hardware pants from atmosphere lately.

Got a model number for them?

I have some MH gear and i've been happy with their build quality on all of it (including tent and sleeping bag)

mine are 36 in seam 32
sounds small on the inseam now that I looked at size but fit great

Great early season. Soft shell but not to thin. 4 way stretch. Quiet. I plan to layer with Marino wool until later in the season, then the wool pants come out.

    Good all around pant IMO

These look really good. I like the large vents it has on the sides. That's a big plus for the early season hikes.

How do you find the stretch on them? Good enough? What about the water repellent? They shed light rain or dew ok?

These seem pretty darn good. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm 6'2" and mostly legs lol. I wear Sitka "tall" pants. No complaints about them riding up when sitting or kneeling. I do wear gaitors most often.
