    Re: Fawns

I actually had the opposite problem on my trail cams in Region 5. Keep getting pictures of fawns with no does. Guess the does are taking a slightly different path and then the easy one in front of the camera. Could understand if it was just once but had a set of twins, one still in spots and another older one all in a few days of each other Thought it was odd.

But what really made me happy was seeing the resident cow moose with 2 very healthy twins. She was not letting them out of her sight, always right on top of them.
I don't shoot innocent animals... Just the ones that look guilty!

Yes sir my observations are for northern zone 3. Good recruitment so far. Maybe the coyotes and bears I took helped a deer or two ^^

Good to know there’s lots of sightings of fawns. I’m hoping to see more in this area. Thanks for the feedback

Bumped into a big elk herd in PG here saterday on my journeys. LOTS of calves in that group. also good number of fawns , moose elk calves on my cameras.

Keep slaying 2 bears a year boys and any dog you see. Keep up the good work on doing your part to give back.
