This thread resonates very much - hunting rams and elk. Its such a challenge to go after both species in the same hunt especially with a less than 2 week time frame. I have in the last years focused on the elk to fill the freezer but man its hard to keep my head down and not glass distant peaks and hills for rams. Once I see rams I have to get a closer look or I wont sleep. Todays workout will be a little easier thinking of chasing rams! thanks
