I used to use Anglers Workshop, down in Washington state. They are great to deal with. Ask them for a catalogue . There is also a place in Victoria called Rod Building Supplies. Never used them, but maybe worth checking out

Trout water supplies might be a good place to try in Kelowna. Bought all my rod building supplies from there a few years back.
