Let's not forget Šljivovica and Rakia.

Unless you live in a city, you are distilling either Šljivovica or rakija, šljivovica in central and northern Croatia, rakija in the south.
My father and all of my uncles from both my mother and my father side all distill rakija after they are done with wine. I still can't believe they are actually able to drink it.
