I look for good odds. I try to keep in an area I am familiar with but if the pass aren't great I'll change it up. Still, I apply for multiple species every year, mulie, elk, moose sheep etc. Spent lots on lottery for 27 years. Never...not once...got a LEH tag. Others I know personally get at least something every year and moose every 3-5 years consistently

Started applying for LEH in 1983...never got a thing, I think it's time to pass the torch to the kids as middle son got a Doe draw last year, his first year putting in and the eldest got a Doe this year, his second year of entering. I guess all my failed attepts have been given to my boys...
