    Urban Animals

Growing up in Kamloops, it was a fairly regular occurrence to have a bear run through my neighborhood. Now living in Kelowna and I regularly have deer, raccoons and a few coyotes go through. I'm curious, what's in your neighborhood?

Our property used to back on to the bog as well I was on 80th st about where the traffic circle is, Tilbury connector. At that time we had lots of deer, coyotes the odd black bear and a cougar with a couple of cubs. In Royal hights lots of rats, squirrels, skunks, the odd opossum and coyotes.

Deer, few raccoons but if seen they seem to take a dirt nap, used to be peacocks but when we let it be known that all peacocks will join the raccoons in a dirt nap they stopped visiting.

    Chilcotin.

30 Pelicans in the bay yesterday as well as many Doves at the bird feeder. A few white tail & mulies around.
Couple of weeks ago saw a large moose swimming down the middle of the bay.
Quite a few foxes around and last fall a Lynx walked buy the kitchen window.
