As for fun .... cant say I'd enjoy being there. Trudging in that kind of snow for that long, sweating and not being able to dry off properly, sleeping miserable ugh ...I dont think I would enjoy that at all. Lol

Looked like a fairly typical winter goat hunt, other than not waiting for late season when the snow firms up - if this was LEH. Crampons, rope, fog, sweat and cliffs.
Best part is no bugs, no devils club.

Much more doable with that many guys with lots of help.
All my goat efforts have been only with a buddy or self.
Much more demanding........but long haired late season goats are special.
Good on those that accomplish it.
As Sheep get all tge recognition....... I think Goats are the toughest hunts period.

Thanks for the kind words folks. Was a challenging hunt for sure, and there was a lot of learning involved on my part, but that just adds to the overall experience. Lucky to have some solid friends/hunting partners
