I use Johnnys Garlic seasoning and real bacon bits(Kirkland or alike if you don't make your own) in the ground, https://johnnysfinefoods.com/product...easoning-18oz/ available at Costco or Save on or just about anywhere else

add a touch of worchestire and a bit of fresh ground thyme

Press to 1/2 -3/4" inch thick or so, chill in freezer for about 30-45 min ... vac seal and cook in the water bath at 56 degrees for an hour or 4 ... sear with a tourch or starter chimney ...

    Ground moose.
    Form into patties.
    Heavily salt both sides.
Grill on screaming hot BBQ until medium, usually about 3 minutes a side.
Place cheese on patties for last 2 minutes.

Moose burgers are my favorite. mix 2-1 Ground Moose and Medium Italian Sausage meat. I make my own seasoning mix as the processed ones all have far to much salt in them to be healthy. Chopped onion and or garlic scapes.

We would always make a few burgers while making polish sausages. Add pork meat, cheese, sun dried tomatoes. however the sun dried tomatoes would turn the sausages alittle acidic if in the freezer too long.

The last batch i made I chopped up bacon and half cooked it(just before it started getting crispy). I added a bunch of the grease too and bit of cheese.
