    Choosing a smoker

I'm in the market for a smoker. I have a masterbuilt gas smoker but it always gets way too hot. I hear Bradley's are hit or miss. Do you guys have any recommendations?

Can you convert the masterbuilt to electric for better heat control? I built mine but i believe the heating element was for a masterbuilt electric conversion.

I've had a bradly digital for 5 years. Don't know how many hours of operation or how many pounds of pulled pork, ribs, sausage, jerky, pepperoni, brisket, smoked beans, smoked wings it's done.

I am just now starting to have a problem with the digital control unit. I am going to upgrade to the 6 rack

Have the Bradley Digital 6 rack

Only complaint I have is I didn't toss the old one and buy it sooner.... great little machine.

The Pitbarrel system is pretty awesome. It’s a cooker and smoker.
