    Bradley works for me, I can control the temps. and just use one or two pucks for smoke. Less is more!

    Bradley works great, there customer service was excellent too, i was having an issue with my smoke generator connections, they didn't mess around and sent me a new smoke generator and all new connectors..

    Nothing wrong with a Bradley for fish and cheese. Better choices for other jobs I think .
