Combat Breathing....
This technique, known as combat or tactical breathing, is an excellent way to reduce your stress and calm down. This breathing strategy has been used by first responders, the military and athletes to focus, gain control and manage stress. In addition, it appears to help control worry and nervousness. I just look at it as it’s just another target and seeing an animal means nothing more then finding what you’re looking for. I also don’t get concerned about an animal getting away. I grew up hunting and was sent to sneak up on animals since I was a little kid as well. This could be a big part of why I stay calm as that moment does not seem like a big deal
Its all mental really and to me it’s just seeing an animal/another target till the shot connects
