    Fishing License

I am trying to find out how small can I print out my fishing license. To print a full sheet and stuff it in ones wallet is a pain.

Yes you have to keep a full size copy, I know someone who was also warned on it. Its a ridiculous system we have here in BC. I fish in Ontario and Alberta as well and have cards for those provinces and its very easy to renew and carry. Ontario has used cards since the 90's.

It is odd because the old ones were a 3rd of a sheet at best.

I got checked during steelhead season this winter and asked about digital copies on a phone and he said it was acceptable if it was opened from the original email when purchases and you had accompanying govt photo ID

States in the dine print must not be altered, copied or laminated. Fold it and put in a zip lock in the tackle box. No bulky wallet. Plus if you loose or forget or drop your wallet overboard that means your fishing without a license. Better off safe then sorry when it comes to Johnny law
