bush wacking pants for women (really short women)

I did a quick search and did see any other post, please forgive me if I'm starting a thread that's already up.

But as a female, brand-spanking new hunter, I'm having trouble finding durable thick pants that fit me and aren't a BRIGHTLY colored alpine hiking pant. Since opening day, I've been scouting for bears every weekend, each time returning home with thorns in unspeakable places and more mosquito bites then one should have. HELP!

I've looked at first lite, but almost everything is out of stock. Fjallraven, Keb's are the perfect pant but sold out in North America.

Any suggestions? I prefer no camo if possible.

Unfortunately I have yet A) found pants that actually fits properly B) that is not camo. It’s either all to big and everything is made is in a camo pattern. I keep looking though.

    Marks workwear.
Women's Crawford Double Front Original Fit Work Pant. Or their Carhartt double front bib coveralls.
These keep the rose thorns out. And they are tough to wear out.

Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"

Thank you! I have no idea why I didn't think of workwear pants! There are lots of women in construction.

    Look no more: https://www.fjallravencanada.com/keb-trousers-w.html

These do come with a hefty price tag but they have a lifetime repair warranty on them and then some:
    - 50 years of field testing (this brand has been making hunting clothes in Sweden for a long time)
    - Stretchy waist, hip, and knee area
    - reinforced butt, thigh, knees and boot area
    - removable knee padding slots (knee pads separate)
    - hip and calf zippered vents, to dump heat
    - many pockets and loops for gear
    - waterproof (except around stretchy hip area but that's DWR)
    - Buckles to secure to hiking boots
    - free waxing to further waterproofing
    - free repairs
    - free hemming

The only downside is most sizes are sold out everywhere in North America, and the earth tone colors are discounted for Spring Summer.

    Where are you located?

For Fjallraven, you can check their store on Broadway in Vancouver as it has a discount/last year area in the back. May be able to find something there.

You can try the Arc'Teryx factory store in North Van for some non-camo leaf gear.

Eddie Bauer's First Ascent and Sport Shop stuff is good - just NEVER buy retail, they almost always go on sale for 40% or 50% off. If you want to, you can be a guinea pig and try these pants and get back to me: http://www.eddiebauer.ca/product/wom...izetype=&size=

    That's all I got.

I will I’ll check these out, my issue is finding something small enough for my waist but long enough for my legs.
