In the current North American Deer Hunter magazine (Free online publication) there is a decent and interesting article on wolves called "The Real Wolf" referencing a newly released book by the same name. Haven't read the book yet but looks interesting. Some new information/ideas that some may not have thought of or realized. Link to the free magazine below, just have to subscribe with your e-mail and they notify you every time there is a new release. I have no affiliation with the magazine or book, just thought they had some good info.
The Real Wolf was written by Ted B. Lyon & Will N. Graves. Very interesting read with lots of documentation ( Costs about $30.00) of what is happening when wolves move into "civilized " country . Another book entitled Wolves of the YUKON written by Bob Hayes ( about $30.00) gives a somewhat contrasting view of the wolves' place in the wilderness environment. Both are excellent and probably should be read one after the other for a little balance in one's perspective.
