What critter is this on my trail cam?

The camera wasn't really aimed at his height. More for deer.

Cool rug iron noggin. I hope he shows up again during the day. Kind of cool knowing there's a wolverine In the area. I've never seen one before.

Wolverine, you can make out the snout and beady eye towards the middle of the pic.

I'd say it's a wolverine as well. If not then maybe a badger.

Funny I was just googling yesterday and thinking "with a range that big I wonder where the next one is?"

If I shoot another blacktail in this area I'll be sure to leave a cam overlooking the carcass .... im sure he'd be on that.
