Yep, that I did.
Back then however I was suspending the strips between the grill wires on toothpicks.
WAY to much like effort, and damn finicky!

Decided this time to try it without that extra effort.
And it WORKED!!

I believe the heavy shot of BarBee Pam, and flipping the strips a few times while drying really helped.
Two runs down, and NO sticking to the grills at all (quickly touching wood...).

Round three is on it's second day of drying just now.
Coming nicely, and the air temperatures continue to cooperate.
That will be a wrap for this winter's efforts - finally out of salmon beyond a few vac-sealed steaks.
