Summerland Fish Hatchery needs your help!
Concerned members of the area need people to attend a public hearing, scheduled for Monday, February 5th 2018 at the Arena Banquet Room (8820 Jubilee Road) 1:30-4:30pm and again at 6:30-9:30pm
The Aquifer the Hatchery relies on is directly under this agricultural land slated for development.
Summerland houses the oldest hatchery in BC, and supplies 300 of the 800 lakes stocked in British Columbia under the Freshwater Fisheries program.
This is a Province wide issue that affects us all.
