    I have had success shooting a Chek-Mate TD Hunter 11 Recurve with cedar arrows with 3 blade broadheads and a small piece of leather for my fingers.

    My main bow is a Howard Hill Wesley Special longbow. 57 pounds. 68 inches long. I shoot wood arrows i build myself. Some dowels amd some suckers from the wood. I make my own broadheads outta band saw blades and i like them heavey.
