Turkey season is coming

I shot a nice Tom in the face this morning about 6:30.
Had a chance at a double with my son but didn’t quite work out. Off to find him a bird now.
My buddy is in his blind at another spot trying to get some gobblers in to archery range.

Haha yes he did.
We had another great morning, he dumped a nice bird on our 2nd setup around 8am.
3rd member of our hunting party this year arrowed a nice Tom at 2 metres.

I didn't get a deer but was very pleased with the bird.

And they are a lot easier to get out of the bush What did it taste like?

Success with the bow

We got 2 in 2 setups.

First setup we heard the gobbler without using a locator,
Closed the distance, put the shooter in a Bush and called him right through the shooting lane at 10m. Second setup was a push actually right in front of me with my bow at 20m
