Synthetic stock mod

There was a thread years ago regarding making synthetic stock more stiff.
It involved epoxy and an aluminum arrow shaft set into the stock.
If anyone can find the thread or has a link outlining this I would appreciate it.

This is pretty much it except use the arrow shaft instead of the middle tube. I have used expand foam with good results as well
