    Blacktail back strap and bacon sandwiches, that's it , maybe with a dash of mayo...............

    sounds great, bread or no bread cant go wrong with any combo with back straps, plain old salt and pepper or mayo or whatever on top

    Cut medallions 1 1/4 inch thick, splash of light soy sauce like Kikkoman, cook rare to medium rare
