    burns lake

I have finally decided to retire, we bought a log house in burns lake and was wondering if there were any HBC'ers up in the burns lake area

Excellent gun club in Burns Lake, you will become a 1000 yard shooter.

I believe Decker9 is from there as well. He had some excellent game cam footage this year.

Lots of BLers on HBC, I could name a few myself included (former resident) but I will leave that up to them. Really good people up there, great place to retire

Congratulations on the retirement and new home!
I’m born and raised in burns lake, it’s great place for anyone who loves the outdoors, it’s small, but has most everything a person needs.

I gotta agree on the local rod and gun club, they have a excellent 1000 yard range, and they host some great events and shoots.
Good luck on the move, chances are we will meet one day.
    Cheers!

Nice place, small town but only 2.5 hrs from Prince George. A lot of large lakes, fishing is great.
