I believe all goats in BC are subject to CI. Page 21 of the regs
The following species of game must besubmitted to a regional compulsory inspectioncentre:• mountain goat • mountain sheep• grizzly bear • cougar • caribou• elk in Regions 1 and 2 and MUs 4-08,4-09, 4-14 to 4-17, 4-31 to 4-33, and4-38• moose in Regions 4 and 8 and MUs5-03 to 5-06, 5-10 to 5-14, MUs 6-19 to6-25, portion of 7-52 (see map F25)• black bear in MUs 6-12 and 6-13• lynx, bobcat and wolf in Region 4

I believe that you also need proof sex for your goat now too if I am not mistaken.
I had specific instructions on mine for inspection. Just horns though. Just asked me if it was a billy, it was
mountain goat:
• the horns [COLOR=rgb(85.009800%, 0.000000%, 0.000000%)]and for males, a testicle orpart of the penis; for females, a portionof the teats or mammary gland

Make sure to have evidence above for the compulsory

Read the regulations. You need evidence of sex and a 12 inch patch of fur attached to the meat. Leave it on all your animals. Otherwise you will lose them
The regulations are usually pretty clear on these matters.
