Inreach to Inreach

We had a problem on the last trip trying to send texts from Inreach to Inreach.
Anybody else had this issue?

Nope, mine has worked perfectly to the email address that includes Garmin in it. Maybe they are phasing out the old inreach address to now include Garmin. Call them, they were happy and helpful on mine a few months ago.

I also had problems with mine on a trip a few weeks ago. Wasn't sending or receiving well at all...not normal for these units but was the least of my concern after it shut down with about 50% battery life left, and even after charging it back up will not turn on!!! Just a blank screen

I had the same problems with garmin rynos in the past. I sent it in twice for repair only to have it happen again within a month. I want to buy another Garmin but this worries me

No troubles for us through all of August, using 4 units
Maybe call Support with the dates and details
