Heading down to the kootneys Thursday to go and hike my butt off after some elk. With this ORV ban on I understand I need to park on the side of the road, and certainly not on any vegetation. I have a haul mark trailer rigged up with a cooler in it in the event of getting something last day, or it being too hot. Also a place to sleep if it's real ugly or my hunting partner (cough cough, not me) is worried about bears.
Assuming the ban is still going to be on, I'm curious if I should just load up my stuff in the truck and head out to tent it. Or if they'd give a bit of leeway for a trailer? Thanks for your thoughts in advance!
