    Help change of plans

So I have a mountain goat draw for 4-01a in the EK and I have been delaying the trip because of wildfires but have no choice but to hunt next week work wise. I've been working out so hard for this goat hunt and doin so much research and I'm wondering if what I should do. Is GOS goats good anywhere? I live on the island and hunting partner and me are on the ferry Friday night regardless. I thought the MU 4-36, 4-37, 4-39, 4-40 might be ok because elk is open too looking for any help!! Super stressed and scrambling a little bit

4-39 you will need a boat to cross the lake
    Not many roads to use

4-36 has some goats could give you a few creek names to check out if you head there.

Those west kootenay areas you mentioned are hard to hunt but doable.

4-36 & 4-39 are doable on short notice. The others have major access issues. not worth it if you haven't spent a lot of time researching and scouting. Need a boat too.

I would start making phone calls, and see if you can salvage you 4-01 hunt.
