I am based out of Burns lake and find myself getting into waterfowl more each year. Only guys I know who hunt waterfowl around here are those I introduced to it. I am still kinda winging it myself so figuring things out the hard way lol.
Have my own gear, new pups too young this year so relying on myself to retrieve, calling is meh lol, and hunt a mix of crown/public. I manage a few birds but still need to improve my skill/knowledge.
would be nice to hunt with someone more knowledgeable instead of being a clueless teacher lol
Have a few of my own spots and always scouting for more. Not looking for locations but would be nice to find other waterfowl hunters in the area and maybe someone I can learn from
