Sure, but only for a small portion. When you find 2 dead sturgeon with clear net marks, one has an obligation to make it public. Gill nets kill these magnificent fish at 47% mortality rate.

As far as Sturgeon fishing goes, I went this spring with a few buddies and we caught 5, all 6-8footers. It was awesome and I'd totally recommend it!
