Anyone been up that way recently by Monte lake or through mcglashan lake. I had heard last year they had done some deactivation ?

I’d say that about 80 percent of the side roads are now decommissioned up there and completely dug up. There’s not much left to drive into and a large chunk of the top is included in the motor vehicle ban due to the fire. I was up there 2 weeks ago and saw a CO driving around that was checking that vehicles were staying out of the roads up to the closed areas. They’re also actively working/logging around 7-10km.
