One grizz hanging out in the deep creek area between Armstrong and salmon arm.....right down on the valley bottom. Saw the pictures to confirm.

Seen a sow grizz with 2 Cubs in 7-14 in July, 1 km before the great Beaver Lake MOF campsite. Nice to see!! Moosin

4-34 hunted for 5 days. Saw 2 separate sows, one with 2 cubs and one with 3 and one boar I assumed from about 1000 yards bookin out of the area. Lots of scat and also 3 black bears.

Bio in Kamloops would most likely want to know about this one. Few years back he was surprised I had seen grizz in 3 17 multiple times. Back then a study was done on the area and they could not find grizz in 3 17
Been years since I have spoken with him but was a good guy with an open mind

yeah Francis is a good guy, hopefully be seeing him shortly if my leh goat goes well. Don't know why they'd seem surprised, I mean it's real close to prime habitat.

For me its been 9 grizzly sightings when out shed hunting and putting out trail cams and a few hunts this fall..

Hey Deer Slayer,
did you bag anything on your hunt in 4-34? That's the MU that I hunt. I've been out for half a dozen day hunts with no luck yet. I saw five WT bucks one day, but could get a shot.
No grizzlies.

104 so far , not counting the "Hillbillys" count. Did he say around 36 animals?
