Your Grizzly count 2017

First ever grizzly sighting this morning. Region 3 - 13. Watched him eat berries for about 15 minutes from 325 yards then off he went.

Yet when I casually mention that I have seen grizzlies on my adventures through the depths of 3-13's mountains they tell me i'm crazy and that it's a brown phase black bear.... sigh.

A bunch of time this year between regions 3, 4, and 8, and zero griz but I have seen sign, all in region 4...

I believe you mate. This beast was text book griz. Scared the crap out of me. I believe people have even seen them as south as chilliwack lake.

Lost count, I have seen or have trail camera photos of 20 different grizzly cubs since spring all within 10 miles of the house. Roughly 8 sows and 8 boars.
