Have a look at page 22 of the regs or
www.bclaws.ca. Permit Regulation Section part 24. It describes what you can and can't do under certain permits

If you are flying into the yukon (as in bush plane from the yukon has dropped you off in BC) then driving back to home to BC, all you need is your hunting license and cancelled tag. No different then if you drove to hunt in Atlin, you have to drive the animal out of the province in the yukon to get it back home.
