    Nice fine eating moose Tigrr.
As others have said atleast you had a boat to retrieve the moose.

    Congrats, nice bull!

steve rinella nailed it when he explained how the more you suffer the more you enjoy those moments later in life, you were actually having the time of your life sweating and cursing in that swamp hahha

Good work. First moose is always hard. As you get more you get more practice and can break it down more. I'm not saying shooting in a swamp is easy, but you don't need to limit yourself to 20' off the road either. Also, the first moose? It just leads to the second, third....

Update. The tenderloins were awesome. The 2 cows and a calf are lonely now. 2 more tags to fill in our group, so won't be sharing much info. The atv ban is sure putting a damper on the old fellows in our group. I'm the youngest at 57.
Strange thing is nothing for 10 years then 3 draws. Happy hunting!

The challenge of retirement is how to spend time without spending money.
The worst day slinging lead is still better than the best day working.
Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"
