My understanding is by Nov 1st, most all restrictions will be gone....maybe I am wrong or missed something??

This certainly fits with the progress on the Elephant Hill fire. From B.C. Wildfire Sept, 14th, "Some sprinkler units were demobbed in the Hihium Lake area yesterday and some units may start to be removed starting tomorrow or the next day for the Sheridan Lake area. This, however, is dependent on fire personnel assessment of the operation and area for fire activity and road safety due to danger trees. It is important to note, that sprinkler protection units always get removed well prior to downgrading alerts/order to ensure that no equipment is on site when residents return to their properties and there is no longer any risk of fire. "
