I purchased a new bow from Boormans archery recently. They were very helpful and seemed knowledgeable.
Then when I went to Big Game to get some arrows ( brought my bow so he could match the arrows to my rig) I found out my bow was incorrectly setup.
-centre shot was off
-drop away was too high on the bus cable
-string dampener wasn't set up
- limbs weren't tillered
-and my drawlegh was almost 2 inches to long.
After shooting my newly setup bow the accuracy difference is very noticeable.
In short- I would recommend going to Wayne the first time. I will from now on.

I’ve recieved excellent service from bill at the nanaimo Cabela’s. Currently waiting for him to return from holidays so I can go in for a tune up and get him to check my form.
yes...that is the exception....but Bill had his own archery shop, before working at Cabelas.
