Dawson Creek Area fishing

Hey, I'm looking for a bit of info on lakes around Dawson creek/john/tumbler! I'll be checking out Swan lake, Stewart Lake and One island Lake!! Preferably somewhere that has pike or decent rainbows!?? Any good areas for small river or streams without a boat? I don't mind driving quite aways!

Try Boucher lake... Chetwynd area

I have only fished the Sukunka river but it was good for grayling bull trout and the odd rainbow

Is there any good areas to fish from shore on the peace by Hudson’s hope or halfway river? Looking mostly for bulls!

I’ve read about the “fingers” and I’ll check that out when I get up there but am looking to have a few spots!
