    If I could see the tail I would give an honest answer everything else in the picture of this deer looks like a WT deer..

    Whitetail deer in fields surrounding White Rock on occasion, can't really get any more coastal than that unless on the VI. Suspect these "immigrated" across the border and loved what they found in the fields and stayed around.

    Ace has it right, maybe not 100 % whitetail, small ears, sweeping forward antlers, dainty and fawn light color. Young Blacktail buck with three points on each side looks like a whitetail.
    If it's on the coast, i'd say could be a young blacktail three pointer. Small ears too no mule.
