    Had a couple Tags in 7 that we filled last year. Heading in again as my Son was lucky enough to pull a tag this year. Gona sees if we's can gets him a real bigun.

    Jelly this is pretty common it seems, the department notes new hunters and they are usually successful with something in their first year applying, case in point - TrevHartland above and my nephew, he landed the caribou draw in spatsizi first try (yes I know good odds and all). Also noted one fellow member on this thread mentioned each of his young kids got a moose draw and he lucked into an elk draw same year, that's a ton of meat!! I was not drawn on my first entry or ever but it seems some hunters in town here got there kids into the draw this year for the first time and were drawn. Encouraging to see the young ones get draws, most will develop into great hunters due to these experiences and excitement. Me, well, still waiting on that bucket lister Cali Twirler draw in 8-15
