Then scroll down to LEH authorizations.

I couldn't get in through the LEH webiste either. Instead log into bceid.ca using your credentials, then go to service directory, then BC hunting. Then click "subscribe now". Takes seconds to get in and confirm that you were unsuccessful across the board.
