    What is the best battery pack to charge phone?

    Looking for the best product currently on the market to charge my cell phone maybe 2-3 times while backpacking. suggestions?

    Dark Energy Poseidon, I have an Anker but it tends to be more of an anchor than anything, doesn't work a lot of the time.

    The Kodiac 2.0 by Outdoor Tech. 10,000 MaH water, drop dust proof. Used on west coast trail.

    Thanks for the replies! I picked up the mini kodaic one today. pretty small and will only do one charge but the rest seemed a bit heavy..

    I got Anker Power Core 26800 mah and Anker 21 w 2 USB solar charger best for the price IMO

    A good solar panel and a small battery is the best lightweight setup for infinite number of days. To get one that will do more than one or two charges they will get heavy.

    i use a goal zero 10 plus, takes 4 double A batteries, I carry 12 total batteries, the 4 in the unit can charge my phone/headlamp, anything with the USB out port, i also have a flame thrower ( http://stowerenergy.com/product/flamestower/ ) to charge any USB unit, solar did not help when your in the clouds for a week
