    prophet river.

    Just curious on how far up the prophet river a person can make it in a 16 foot outlaw lynx, in mid September.

    honestly I have never been up the Prophet, but I did do a bit of research asking mostly the same question, and that was the answer I got. I belive the falls are about 10km upstream from bat creek from the looks of things though

    I've come down the Prophet from the Besa, and you could get a jet up to that confluence, as long as water levels are okay. The Prophet is braided, so your choice of braid is always a gamble.

    Not sure what it's like up toward Richards though, I've only hiked about 3 miles up the Prophet from the Besa junction.
