    We only keep a roll around for big roasts. We get paper at Fraser Valley Meats or Scotts Meats in Agassiz. We buy 16 or 18 inch squares by the pound. It is way faster and saves cutting or tearing off a roll.

    Every year I get the large rolls from Costco. They usually only stock it in late summer and fall. Its about $30 a roll

    I saw some really big rolls the other day at Price Pro in Surrey. I think they were around the 50.00 dollar mark

    Grocery stores don't have butchers anymore, it's all vaccume sealed gross tasting meat now.
