    The mad butcher in Abbotsford has it, I think it was $12 for a roll.

    We use this same method. Costco is another source for for the large paper rolls, at least in Grande Prairie.

    No need to bag, the paper if wrapped tight is great, shouldn't have any freezer burn. Most grocery stores sell freezer paper in the food storage aisle and the freezer paper tape with their tapes/glues.
