    Vancouver-Nanaimo Springs

    Hey Everybody.
    get out there on the Chuck, our local waters are on FIRE.

    Good luck to you ......

    nice ce fish in the teens, and a few biggies near 30 lbs.

    Lots of fish in CR right now, all small though. I think the bigger fish are still south chasing herring spawn

    Yes my family nailed EM yesterday off the fingers ...... Into the deeper water of 700 feet. Limited quickly and played catch and release well over a dozen fish to mid teens, several double headers. Coyote spoons, 3 inch white green glo, Kermit, etc. 80 to 200 feet, it all worked.
    The hump on the Vancouver side is also producing some good catches to the locals if the wind stays down and let's you out. A biggy if just shy of 30 lbs was caught Friday or Saturday here.
    Time to get at ER!

    You sound like you had a good time curly ... weve been fishing our faces off. Just updated the electrical system on my boat .. i have a Kerig on board now, Its been rough lol
