They are a Bass Pro house brand. I've heard good things about them.

Looks like they started in 2012 building this brand. Lots of rumors as to who the actual manufacturer is, but my guess would be manufactured in China and possibly assembled there too. I'd say the same with any brand, you get what you pay for. All these companies started somewhere at one time; look at Vortex, they haven't been around that long and look where they are now.
