Tried for two days in a row now to put in for LEH. The site won't let me select a draw. I put in for early spring draws and last year with no issues. My wife tried and same thing. Anyone else having this problem?

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one...as much as we should all read directions, which I didn't either, I don't understand why they don't have the "apply" link go to a page that says the draw isn't open yet...why go to a half-functioning application page?

Funny, my wife is a bookkeeper and deals with government sites a lot. She said the exact same thing. I should know better by now haha
